Damian Montgomery has sold our property in a short period for a good price.
Damien and his team are a friendly bunch of real people aware of realities of life and ready to help when needed. We have just sold our investment property. The sale of our property was quickly achieved. The price was good. His team kept us in touch with the potential buyers and once sold alerted us to updates. We bought our current home from him 16 years ago and have no regrets. The team at LJHooker have a good idea about property values in the area. We look forward to dealing with them for property purchases in the future.

Buying our first time has never been so easy!!
As first home buyers in today’s economy it has never been harder to purchase our first time. We have been tit-for-tat with plenty of different agencies and Realestate agents but one in particular really stood out. Williams honesty, and reliability was outstanding. From our first encounter he couldn’t be more helpful. Whether it be answering any questions that we had to even working his day off just so we could get through the house. We couldn’t be happier with his services and without a doubt, I know that when we buy our next time or even sell this one, he will be the first person I call. I could not recommend William any more.

Fantastic Support
As a first home buyer I was very suspicious of real estate agents as I had only dealt with real estate’s as a renter in Western Sydney before. However daunting I felt buying my first home, Norman made me feel right at ease. His knowledge of the market & all the things pertaining to the purchase of a house was impeccable. A highly motivated agent conducting himself in an absolute professional manner with a high standard of integrity & ethics. Norman was extremely friendly & very clear with his communication. I needed that, as the whole in’s & outs of purchasing a house was completely foreign to me. I could not recommend Norman & LJ Hooker Budgewoi any higher. I felt like I lived in a small village & walked down the road to ask a friend for help & advice. An outstanding agent that would be an asset to anyone, whether that be on a personal, or professional manner. The team at LJ Hooker Budgewoi are an experience to be had. A team of wonderful people with a knowledge base second to none. They really care about their product & their client hand in hand balanced, genuinely wanting the best for all involved.
