Alan Ashburn who originally sold us our second home in Budgewoi was an absolute professional and caring person. Alan was true to his word and ticked all the boxes to which we are extremely happy. Alan has since moved into semi -retirement and enjoying his well-deserved break. Since then, we had decided to call Alan back who instantly put us in contact with Damian Montgomery who is the Director of LJ Hooker Budgewoi. Damian as like Alan, was upfront, honest and respectful of our needs. We were overwhelmed with Damians easy going nature making us feel very comfortable and at ease with having Damian sell our home. True to his word, we honestly received the price that Damian had predicted and we could not be happier. Thanks again to Damian and his team, as well as a big call out to Norman who was also on the ball keeping us updated with everything that was happening throughout the process

I had initially contacted the Team at L J Hooker for guidance and advice in selling this property. After sometime and taking their advice onboard the property was finally listed. Through Normans Help we were able to sell the property quickly. Throughout the process I found Norman to be professional and I rated his communication skills as very high he showed great market knowledge but was also also able to read the situation. From the time of signing contracts to the date of Sale Norman was in contact regularly providing good accurate feedback in a volume that was easily manageable but not over the top he was always ready to answer and questions that I had (and there were many) His overall friendly attitude made the sale of the property a pleasant experience

We made a phone enquiry about the property and Norm arranged an inspection the same day. When we later made an offer Norm was able to answer any questions we had and also made himself available at short notice when we required a pest inspection.
