I was a first homeowner and Ned helped out with everything. I swear I asked a total of 100 questions, every question she helped me with her knowledge and she did not hesitate with any of them, as she says “there is no silly questions”. I would definitely recommend Ned as she is one of those agents that makes you feel like you’ve known her your whole life, makes you feel heard and you can have a laugh with.

I've sold a number of properties and Katie is one of the best sales agents I've come across. From communication to managing contractors to negotiations - I really couldn't have asked for more. She clearly understands the process inside out and her experience came across at every stage. Katie even prepared some of the required documents from her own templates which would otherwise have been additional conveyancing costs. I would work with Katie again in a heartbeat.
