Always answered the phone calls and was not told to leave a message. The sale was a difficult sale as it involved one property being sold and another one being purchased by me at the same time, with settlement at the same time. Buyer let the tenants stay at the property for 12 month lease before he moved in. I have used Helen now on a number of times to either sell or buy a property over the years and could not fault her services provided. Finally I would have no hesitation in recommending Helen to prospective buyers or sellers of properties as she has shown a detailed knowledge of the market that she was dealing in.
