Rong is an excellent agent. He is professional, honest, frank and respectful towards buyers. When we first attended the open inspection, Rong gave us our space and did not bombard us. He helpfully highlighted the positive aspects of the property and quelled any doubts we had about some of the negatives. He was upfront and honest, which we found to be extremely rare amongst agents. The trust that Rong built with us in fact enticed us to place an offer. Rong communicated and kept us updated throughout the negotiating process, all the way up till post-settlement. Rong was also very effective and efficient in facilitating contract exchange, pushing the deal over the line in circumstances where the vendor’s solicitor was holding up exchange.
