Hardworking Professional Result Achiever
Joe Murania Sold , on behalf of my family, my deceased Uncles Unit in Strathfield. Joe was selected sight unseen because of his honest and trustworthy demeanour over the phone ( I Did ring several agents and was so impressed with Joe that we listed exclusively) Our faith in this demeanour was rewarded. He is an honest, trustworthy, compassionate man that worked tirelessly in a demanding market to ensure a sale in unfortunate and difficult circumstances. We could not have asked for more from Joe, He was so professional so understanding and diligent. I can not recommend him highly enough and can not express just how great of an agent he is. This man , i am sure, will easily surpass your expectations of a real estate agent. Thank You Joe.

Professional agent
Joe gave me feedback after each open house in the lead up to the auction of my late brother’s home in Croydon. He followed up all who attended the open days. He kept me informed about interest shown, offers before the auction, and likely number registering for the auction. He was always prompt to answer my questions. Going to auction was his recommendation and he was right. In a difficult market, it proved to be the best way to achieve a good result. Joe is a very personable, cheery, positive professional, and I highly recommend him to anyone selling their property in today’s market.

Use Joe to sell your Burwood property. End of story!
