Local knowledge, experience & helpful support (w/out the "hard sell") gave us confidence to proceed
We were regular visitors to Palm Cove before CV19. So, post lockdowns in Melbourne, we decided the time was right to plan our future escapes from the Melb winter by making an investment in an apartment in Palm Cove. We had done our homework, but Nick's local knowledge of the market, as well as his experience from assisting sellers and buyers in the resort where we were looking, combined to give us a lot more comfort in understanding the options and potential for this investment. There wasn't lots of sales hype. It was simply info that helped us understand the potential and what to expect from the commitment we were making. Once our offer had been accepted, Nick helped us understand the ways in which conveyancing works in FNQ so we could be prepared for what will be required in completing the transactions. Following the signing of the contract, we imposed on his good nature by making a couple more requests that he (successfully) pursued with the vendor on our behalf. So, all in all, we felt that Nick provided helpful guidance and assistance without the "hard sell" that is sometimes encountered when dealing with real estate agents

Nick was great
He knew the Northern Beaches market thoroughly and was able to provide an accurate assessment of the value of our property. The fact that he was able to sell our property above this and to a purchaser who was already on his list of his prospective buyers meant that the property quickly sold and our returns were maximised. We highly recommend Nick to any prospective client.

Effective and professional house sale
Our sale was commenced with a person to person meeting at our home where the steps in the sale process were clearly and effectively outlined. The site photos were carefully picked for the well presented marketing brochure. Inspections were very professionally handled with feedback provided within a few days of each inspection. The marketing plan was modified in the later stages of the sale. We were also very happy with advice given during the offer and contract stages. In summary, Nick provided well thought out advice for the sale of our house and we would recommend him to others.
