A genuine and trusted advisor
I have known Craig since 2004. Throughout this time, Craig and his team have managed my holiday apartment, long term rental property and sale of a house. This has not only included managing the day to day aspects but also managing bathroom renovations of the apartment and preparing the house for sale. I have found him to be very knowledgeable of the local market, understanding of my needs and has always acted in my best interest, thus becoming a trusted advisor. I highly recommend Craig Gillard and his team at LJ Hooker Cairns Beaches for their professional and excellent service. I know I wouldn't go anywhere else.
