Couldn’t ask for a better Real Estate
Craig was exceptional with the Selling of my unit I did contemplate putting it for auction or for sale Craig advised me to put it up for sale he was also spot on with the amount of money that I received for this. Because I was in Victoria He and his team organised everything nothing was too much trouble for him one extremely happy seller

Craig Gillard.
Craig was very well prepared for our initial meeting and had extensive knowledge of the property market in Cairns. The process of selling was made totally stress free. I was always kept informed throughout the sale process. Craigs understanding of all legal requirements was also extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Craig and his team at L.J Hooker

amazing person to deal with, no lies, gets the job done hassle free
We brought our unit in Clifton Beach off Craig approx 16 months ago. My offer for the unit was settled in 15 minutes. We sold our unit two months ago and again Craig had the job done in three days, even got us more than we ask. I have never had a buying and selling process so easy and stress free. totally amazing team they have.

Trustworthy
Craig has in-depth knowledge of the market. He helped us achieve our dream of buying property in the Cairns northern beaches area and gave us valuable advice along the way. Craig is friendly, reliable, honest and trustworthy and, as a result, we are using the company Craig works for to manage our investment property.

Friendly and professional
I found Craig to be very professional, trustworthy and friendly. My purchase was hassle free and simplistic a fact which I greatly appreciated considering I was purchasing sight unseen. I would definitely recommend Craig as an agent.”

Nick was a great agent to work with.
We had a number of properties in the Cairns region that we had bought and sold with Nick. He understood the local market and was up to date with current social media aspects of the property Industry to promote/advertise and achieve numerous leads and therefore sales for us.
