My Wife and I would Highly recommend Graig and his LJ Hooker Team. He was very professional in his approach from our initial meeting and discussions regarding the purchase of our property. He always kept us informed during the process was very approachable and easy to discuss ideas & options with.

Well, what can I say. Nick Pelucchi is an agent from LJ Hooker. My husband and I found him when we bought our home in Clifton Beach. We were so impressed by his honesty, dedication and easy going nature that we decided to use him to sell our house in Palm Cove. We were able to call him at any time as he is very approachable and flexible. He is very understanding, however still gets the job done. Throughout the whole experience of buying and selling our homes I felt reassured with his decisions and honesty. I recommend him as an outstanding agent who will defiantly sell your home. He is also a great guy and very easy to work with. Rebecca Amato

Nick was great to deal and communicated vey well during the sale process.

Great service and communication - Craig went well above and beyond what I'd expected (or previously experienced from other agents). I'd already moved interstate, and Craig took it upon himself to keep an eye on the property and ensure that it was kept maintained and secure. His approach and attention to presentation made a huge difference - sold in weeks after a previous agent had had it for months. His focus on professionalism and straight talking has resulted in a great outcome for both us and the purchasers.

Craig Gillard was a professional honest and very easy person to negotiate the sale of our house. I would endorse Craig and his company's ethos on the selling and purchasing of property. We also used Craig Gillard to manage the rental of several of our rental properties. Attention to detail, availability and overall management was 10 out of 10.
