Absolutely Fantastic!
Aimee was absolutely fantastic. We were in Melbourne purchasing in Cairns and could not feel more comfortable and relaxed knowing Aimee was looking after things this end. Aimee ticked all the boxes
Aimee, kept in touch, when we were first interested in selling from the previous year when our then tenant showed interest in purchasing, that fell through. Aimee, agreed that we hold back until the market for the area picked up, keeping in contact with us, until we agreed that it was time to list it. We listed on the 1st November, it went under contract on the 14th, and settled on 17th December. A truly well done job by Aimee!

Aimee’s professional yet approachable manner confirmed my decision to choose LJ Hooker Cairns Edge Hill. Aimee was always thorough with communication (phone and email) about updates re the pursuit of a sale of the property. She was realistic, when the sale price needed to change, and worked hard to secure a sale despite relative difficulties in the apartment complex, such as fluctuating and declining sale prices in the complex. Aimee, was always positive, direct and professional in all of her communication with me. Aimee’s emails and phone calls were always timely and relevant. She gave advice when needed and yet respected my decisions. All communication was professional, friendly and helpful.
