Lovely agent
I have used Aimee for buying a property and then selling (a few years apart) She is super lovely and will work with you giving you feedback, plenty of updates, and not to mention shes so friendly and sweet to talk to so i felt comfortable going to her with any queries and she always managed to answer them. I would highly recommend and would definitely be a repeat customer of hers

Friendly and professioal
Kim was a great agent to deal with as she is very professional but also friendly and approachable. Our purchase went into a multiple offer situation and Kim handled the negotiations in a very clear and trustworthy manner. Promised it would be sold before Christmas, and it was!
Aimee provided live updates with all open homes and inspections. I truly believe that Aimee holds a comprehensive knowledge of the local market. I feel that the advice I was given was certainly the reason my property sold efficiently.

Great Communication
The property was negotiated before it was on the market . That gave me time to negotiate with my bank . The contract was ready on time and every thing went smoothly from there on . I will recommend Aimee for the future .

One in a Million!
From the first time we spoke to Kim to the day we sold our property, she never let us down. Kim was a delight with a great personality, high energy, and someone who always went out of her way to help us. As we live interstate, she was our eyes and ears reporting and covering every issue that we needed to be informed of towards achieving a well presented home for sale. This covered any issues within the home, the outside landscaping, with recommended tradespeople, etc. We were always 100% confident in Kim's ability to find a buyer for us through the process, and were so impressed with her outstanding communication skills. Hard working agent
Kim worked very hard to get the property sold. At the start of the engagement we think that the suggested sale price was maybe a little too high however Kim kept us up-to-date with prospective buyers. Once the price was inline with the market Kim was able to secure offers quickly and negotiate conditions. I would recommend Kim as an agent as she works really hard for her clients doing lots of extra things.
