As a first home buyer, Andrew was really helpful and informative. He was supportive and nice enough to organise our multiple private inspections and building report over 3 days.

We contacted Andrew early in the process of selling our property. As first time sellers, his experience and advice were invaluable. He was always available to answer even the smallest of questions and really came along the whole journey with us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone selling their property in Canberra

Andrew was a pleasure to work with and secured a fantastic and timely offer for us in an uncertain market. We were confident in his advice and decision making every step of the way because of his wealth of knowledge and experience. It was lovely that it wasn’t all just business too — you spend a lot of time with your agent on the phone so it’s nice to work with someone who is both professional but also friendly. Would recommend anyone who is thinking of selling to have a chat to Andrew — he’s very approachable and open.

From the moment we walked into the property Andrew was available to answer all our questions. Andrew invited us back to view the property and gave us the opportunity and space to decide if it had the right characteristics for our needs. He was very approachable and we certainly never felt like we were a bother, he gave us information without hard sell. The whole experience of purchasing through Andrew was stress-free.

Andrew was really straight forward to deal with which helped me as it was my first time buying a property in the ACT. He made himself readily available for additional inspections of the apartment, and was pleasant and professional at all times. I’d happily recommend Andrew to anyone buying in Canberra.

The current market is challenging, and with interest rates remaining unpredictable, many buyers are hesitant to make a move. However, experienced investors understand that these conditions often create the best opportunities to enter the market. With Hamid’s guidance, you can position yourself strategically and take advantage of the right opportunities at the right time.

Very happy with my experience working with Hamid. I live in Syd to selling a property where I cant physically be there wasnt going to be the easiest thing for me. But Hamid was super helpful and did all the leg work.

We were downsizing, and Ben was the agent for the property that we ultimately purchased. Ben was always happy to accommodate our needs for further inspections, and was efficient and professional in answering all of our queries. Ben has now exceeded expectations by responding to a query from us when he was away from Canberra. Ben, we are truly appreciative of your efficiency and ongoing support. Thank you Ben for facilitating such a smooth transition into our new home!
