Always up to date and thorough.
Kaylene was always very professional, keeping us up to date with all interested parties, open house times and interest, and following up every lead. Her interaction with our tenants was excellent, keeping them up to date with information as well. She worked very hard to complete this sale in difficult circumstances - post banking Royal Commission. Kaylene was honest in her opinions and experience, which we appreciated.

A professional through and through, but also just a darned nice person to work with
We have now experienced the sales prowess of Kaylene from both the perspective as buyers and sellers. She is very clear and direct to deal with. Kaylene is easy to build a rapport with, but maintains professional attitude all the while. Her longevity in the real estate business means she can easily steer both buyers and sellers through the bewildering processes of a house purchase limiting the stress one may otherwise feel.
