Simon has worked for over 20yrs with the University of Queensland as a Laboratory and Facilities Manager and as a Research Scientist. Simon’s previous experience has seen him project managing building upgrades and flood recovery programs. All of this has meant he has a strong background in problem solving, risk assessment, communicating with and coordinating tradesman, maintaining records, arranging the best possible quotes for the task at hand and seeing the job through to completion. Simon has been a silent director in the business since its inception and is looking forward to utilizing his skills working to provide the best possible service to maximize your property investment.

Maggie has many years of experience in residential management and residential cleaning, which has given her a sharp insight into what is required of residential tenants. With a degree in hotel management, Maggie is adept at time management and always provides a high standard of customer care to her clients. Able to work as part of a team as well as independently, she has strong attention to detail which has seen her excel within the ranks of her team. When she isn’t helping clients with their real estate needs, she is enjoying family time, watching a movie, going to parks, riding her bike or playing sport.
