Overview of Cannon Hill, QLD, 4170

Thanks for keeping great communication up and making the whole process of renting our property out easy to manage and deal with.

Our experience with Rachel at REMAX was stellar. From start to finish, she met us where we were in our understanding of the renting process. She was professional yet personable and delivered tailored information where needed. Throughout the process, she maintained open communication with us and made us feel included at every step of the way. We couldn’t recommend Rachel and the team at REMAX enough, and would gladly work with them again in future.

The whole experience of working with them was smooth and efffortless. All communication was clear and prompt. All process and procedures were straightforward. Good people to work with and helpful.

We have been living in the property managed by Q Realty for four years. They have been excellent in communicating the needs of the owner and our needs - things get done. The gentleman who has done our inspections has been terrific and always friendly and has listened to our needs, with action always taking place when needed. The communication between the owner and us is always polite and informative and delivered in a professional manner and in a suitable time frame. Great people and always great to deal with.

They are very professional and friendly. Systems work very well. Everything is easy.

Every person is helpful and concerned for both tenants and landlord's.

We had a fantastic experience with our rental application and move-in process, all thanks to our wonderful agent, Amanda Marshall. Communication was clear, prompt, and easy from the very beginning. Every question was answered with warmth and professionalism, and she made what can often be a stressful time feel simple and even enjoyable. We felt genuinely supported throughout the entire process, and we’re so grateful for how smooth everything went. Highly recommend!
