Quick, professional & knowledgable service.
After many years of fantastic property management of our investment property in Crestmead by Simon Hansom of LJ Hooker Cannon Hill we decided to sell. We live interstate so were concerned about not being close by to manage the sale. We need not have worried! Deanne Hansom and her team were so capable, knowledgable and professional. After suggesting some minor services to improve the appeal of the property, organising for these to be completed promptly, recommending an excellent legal team for conveyancing and being mindful of our tenant our property was on the market within 2 weeks. 2 offers after the first home open & under contract 2 days later! The property has now settled. We cannot believe how seamless Deanne & her team made the process. Highly recommend.

Excellent to Deal With

Deanne is the best!!!!!!
Deanne was amazing !!! We sold our home during the floods and the home had a small amount of damage from the floods. Due to this home being a rental property for us we were never there to coordinate the clean up for sale. Deanne was instrumental to this success and even had the property ready for an open home one week later. Unlike some real estate agents who go quiet once they have a conditional contract, Dee continued to have weekly open homes, generating interested buyers in the event that the contract fell through. This happened to us and Dee had three people ready to put a contract in. She achieved contracts that were favourable in terms and great price for us. After every open home we would get a list of the written comments. Dee would also contact me to let me know the results of the open home. This level of communication has been much better with Dee than any other experience with other real estate agents. I would now only deal with Dee and her team in the next home that we buy or sell. Completely satisfied customer !
