Ashleigh was part of the initial phone conference with the agent, and explained the information package and outlined the process of the sales campaign and suggested several ways of making the property more appealing to purchasers. Ashleigh arranged the appropriate contractors and supervised the work and checked the invoices. There was never any occasion when I had to wait for information. Listing reports were sent out as scheduled, and feedback following inspections was sent out immediately. I found Ashleigh to be dependable and easy to deal with.

I received a very good price, which is the main thing, but leading up to that, Deanne's advice and information during the campaign reassured me that everything was going to plan. Deanne's office staff provided an excellent service, which points to her skill as a manager. A potential difficulty arose because of an overlap between a tenancy agreement and the purchaser wanting vacant possession. Deanne was able to was able to negotiate a solution that satisfied tenants, property manager, purchaser and me.
