Ashleigh was a great agent! She was super knowledgeable about the area and recent sales. She was also able to answer any questions about the property we were viewing. She was easy to work with and always contactable. She was great to work with and made the whole process a lot easier!

Great team at LJ Hooker Cannon Hill. Kept us up to date with all the developments at every single open house and feedback on the back of that. Will definitely work with you guys again, if I have the opportunity.

Deanne has looked after our investment property for the last 10 years. When the time came to sell, her invaluable market knowledge and years of sales experience really helped us achieve what we needed. Through a very testing sales campaign, both Deanne and Ash’s communication was remarkable and they navigated us through each hurdle and step until our long-held property was sold. Thank you Deanne!

Deanne and her team have been just wonderful to deal with and I cannot thank her enough for handling the sale of my property. The property held very special memories for me as it was built by my late husband and myself. The decision to sell wasn’t easy as apart from the emotional attachment, there was a long term tenant in situ. So the marketing and sale came with its own complexities. From the very beginning Deanne handled everything for me with empathy and kindness of which I am so grateful. Her network and knowledge of the local area and and vast experience in Real Estate was extremely useful as I navigated the issues raised when selling property from a deceased estate. I feel that Deanne went above and beyond in so many matters when it came to the sale of my property and I’m so grateful that she was my Agent.

We became quite familiar with Ash over the course of our two year property hunt, which finally came to an end in April this year! Ash was great throughout the whole process, she regularly kept in touch and made the whole experience stress free. She also tells it exactly how it is and at no point do you think you’re getting a hard sell. It was a pleasure and if ever we come to sell in the future (not for many years I hope!) I’d have no hesitation to engage Ash and Deanne.

I was an inter-state customer and Ashleigh helped with first remote inspection and sent us everything we needed. We also participated an auction remotely as well and Ashleigh and the team made that happened. I will recommend her for future properties.

Since the moment we engaged with Di and Ash everything was well explained. We felt honesty from the first moment. The results of our sale were above our expectations and we were informed along the way.

Took the time to ensure all my questions were answered and made buying my first unit as easy as possible. Would highly recommend the team to anyone chasing a breeze when buying

Ashleigh was extremely pleasant to deal with, not pushy at all, which I greatly appreciate, but welcomed all questions and extra inspections which were requested. Gave helpful advice and guidance to a new buyer in the Queensland market. If and when I'm ready to sell, I would be contacting Ashleigh to be my real estate agent.
