Ashleigh and the team helped us to buy our first home and I can say it was the best experience ever. Communication was great and always very profesional. I can definitely recommend them to everyone who is looking to buy/sell in the area.

Ash was exceptionally helpful throughout the process. She was attentive to detail, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with - definitely a big plus when considering the stresses of any house purchase! Thank you Ash!

We had the pleasure of Deanne and Ashley selling our house. They sold our house in record time and sold it for a price that we did not think was possible. Their professionalism and market knowledge is exceptional and they provide a very honest and down to earth service which made us feel very comfortable every step of the way. They kept us in the loop the whole time; their communication is impeccable and not once did we have to chase them up for information/updates. They would have to be by far the best agents we have ever dealt with and we cannot praise them enough for the fantastic job they did selling our house. Well done Deanne and Ash and THANK YOU once again!!

Dee, Ash and the team were great to deal with. They communicated regularly about potential buyers and provided feedback after open homes. Their persistence in finding buyers, showing the property and 'never give up' attitude were greatly appreciated and integral in selling my property.

Deanne and Ash, your team are a breath of fresh air and all over it like a man on a cheap suit!! It’s not lost on me the hard work, dedication and team of skilled, professional and ‘on-point’ staff that are needed to ensure things are smooth and customers / buyers are getting the outcomes they want and need - let alone achieve amazing results, without even taking into account the occasional COVID lock down… Deanne / Ash, comprehensively supported by their dedicated and amazing team at LJ Hooker Cannon Hill are the sole reason we got such an amazing outcome - above and beyond expectations!! I live 1000kms away from the property I sold with LJ Hooker Cannon Hill, not to mention navigating the challenges of COVID 19 for the property industry, the team just blew me away with the level with their communication, professionalism, genuine and natural ability whilst managing my expectations throughout. …To put it simply…. There is no agent…There is no business…There is no team that I would entrust to sell a property in Brisbane other than Deanne and Ash and their entire team at LJ Hooker Cannon Hill. The decision is just that simple.

Ash was great, all of our dealings were pretty easy and effective, knowledge of local developments in the neighborhood were a bonus. I can't say I had the easiest purchasing experience (to no fault of Ash), but she was ready and willing to help out where possible.

We have recently bought an apartment through Deanne, Ashleigh and the team at LJ Hooker Cannon Hill. Most of our dealings have been with Ashleigh. At all times Ashleigh has been available, helpful and excellent at communicating with us. This has made the entire purchasing process hassle free. We can highly recommend Ashleigh and all the team at LJ Hooker Cannon Hill. It is obvious they care about providing professional and personal service.

After having dealt with a nasty real estate agent in the past, finding Ashleigh was a breath of fresh air. Ashleigh was an amazing agent! She always answered our calls and replied to texts/emails promptly. She had a really good understanding of the local market and what it felt like to be first home owners. We would most definitely use her again the next time we buy a home. Highly recommended!

Deanne told me what I needed to do to sell my house, she told me a realistic sale price but it went well over and topped the price for this street. She gets lots of people to open house and lots of genuine buyers. My house was sold within 2 days of being on the market. I highly recommend her.

Deanne & Ash exceeded my expectations. I contacted Deanne while I was renovating my house, both her and Ash provided me with a detailed plan on how to get the most out of my upcoming sale. We worked together over a number of months on a timeline of sale. Communication was open, honest, not pushy and most importantly easy. I took their advice on engaging a stylist for my property and the end product looked amazing! Deanne & Ash had an exceptional knowledge and understanding of the local market. Within 24 hours of my house going on the market I had 102 people through the door and 5 offers on the table. A contract was signed within 48 hours, with a sale price well over my expectations. From first contact, to sale, through to settlement day, Deanne and Ash were nothing but a pleasure to deal with. This is the third property I have sold and easily the most enjoyable and informed agents I have dealt with. Without hesitation, I would recommend Deanne & Ash and the team at LJ Hooker Cannon Hill to anyone selling their property.

De and Ashleigh were a fantastic team to sell with. They were on the ball the whole time and I felt supported throughout. An initial contract crash was but a minor blip on my sale journey thanks to their constant commitment from beginning to end. I recommend them if you're selling in Murarrie.

Ash would always make time to answer any questions I had and helped me feel comfortable with the buying process from start to finish. Ash was always organised and on top of everything to make sure everything went smoothly. A genuine, down to earth person that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to anyone looking to buy or sell.
