Deanne has a long history with this suburb and so knew her market and knew what market trends on southside Brisbane were doing including during COVID lockdown. She was sensitive to the emotional experience of selling a family home. Deanne was patient with the complexities of having a property co-owned by people living in different locations. Photo shoot was professional. The one thing that the LJ Hooker office could have improved on was with this:- Issue draft copies of documents for employing an agent and contract of sale for the sellers to review prior to posting onto the doc-u-sign website for signatures.
