I found Jonh Deo very helpful in both negotiating the plans for purchase of the house at Ayanna St and also for the sale of 7 Dalvana Crt, Hampton Park. Dalvana Crt sold for a price that I was happy to accept and which will help in the purchase of the new place. John worked on a plan of making the transition of moving from one place to another more suitable for me. I have found John's disposition to be both polite,helpful and also cheerful. I would recommend John as the person to call on in a similar situation. I hope now that the house is finished early and I can move well before Dec 20.
