John has a very sound knowledge of the market value of properties in my area.After having gone through a thorough inspection of my property and given an appraisal of what I am expected to fetch upon the sale of the said property,he was spot on.It's also obvious to me that John displayed great communications skills and professionalism whilst conversing with my wife and I and negotiating with the potential buyers. I reckon he is an asset to his employers and feel happy to have been able to deal with him as he proved to be very helpful when I needed his assistance.

John was an absolute gentlemen to deal with through and through. Made sure we were aware of what was happening the entire time and that we were comfortable and understood.
