Nyree achieved a record sale price in the complex for our property and was professional and efficient through the whole process. From appointing Nyree as our agent to a signed sale contract (including photos, advertising etc), was only 12 days. She handled the tenant with respect and considered their needs whilst not compromising the sale. I would not hesitate recommending Nyree and her team and would definitely use her again.

The first meeting gave us hope of getting a decent price for Mums house. We chose the agency through a comparison website and Karen was the top recommendation. We met with Karen but after that meeting, we were handed off to an associate. The price quoted as attainable was quickly reduced by $80000 and then a further $25000! The time frame for settlement was increased from 45 days to 60 days without consultation; the promise of house cleaning prior to and after each 'Open House' clearly didn't happen. The real kicker was to be asked if the purchaser could advertise the house for rent weeks before the house was due to be settled! (It would seem that L J Hooker would be managing the rental for the purchaser) To be totally honest, the consensus we had as a family was that they were really working for the buyers and certainly not for us - the sellers. Our experience is that they can talk the talk but that doesn't translate into walking the walk! Given the above review I think it would be obvious that we would not use this Agency again.
