I found Courtney at a high level of skill in sales and marketing of real estate. Throughout the entire anxious period of having the house on the market, Courtney was always happy and willing to help in any way. Her friendly nature and happy disposition kept me feeling comfortable that I was in the right hands. Once a solid reasonable offer was placed I felt Courtney stray from being a seller's agent to being a byer's agent wanting me to drop my price to suit the buyer's wants.
