Corinne is a very pleasant and helpful person. She succeeds to be fair to both seller and buyer of a property. Corinne is by far the best agent we have ever dealt with. She went out of her way to accommodate us as we had limited time in Brisbane. Even after we came back to Rockhampton, she kept in touch to settle any queries that we had. I never met Karen and I only spoke to her once because I e-mailed her asking if she was still selling my home due to not hearing from her for weeks after assigning her. My sale was given to her colleague to take care of, despite me picking Karen for a reason, and this was never explained to me. I signed the contract under the provision that if I sold with LJ Hooker, I wouldn't pay for marketing. Then marketing was charged and taken from my deposit. I tried following this up with Karen but she wasn't available, another colleague rectified this for me. So overall, very disappointed and would not choose to sell with her again.

Karen and the team at LJ Hooker, Cleveland were always quick to reply. They were always up for showing the property multiple times, allowing us to get the max information before we made an important decision of our life to purchase a house with them. Chloe was extremely helpful throughout the process right from the first inspection. She was quick to reply, convey our concern and queries to the seller and get back to us quickly and push the process forward. Being first home buyers, we had very little information about the house buying process. But, She made it easy and explained the things to us with patience. Mal was also very kind to show us the property whenever we wanted and conveying our messages to the seller and getting the right information. Overall, the team did an excellent job that allowed a hassle-free buying from the LJ Hooker. I highly recommend them if anyone is considering entering the property market.

I have visited a few of Corinne's listings in the last 12 months and at each of them she was always very friendly, informative and gave me the time of day from the get-go when I was a bit unsure on what I wanted when I first started looking at homes. She was also very flexible with arranging private inspections on short notice which as someone with an unforgiving schedule was fantastic. With this property it was no exception - we went under offer the day I looked at the home and the whole process has been carried out to the letter since that day with no hiccups or issues. She is definitely a go-getter and will investigate or attend to a matter without hesitation as she has done multiple times throughout my experience. In summary, you will not find an agent as warm and approachable as Corinne, and her exceptional attention to detail and professionalism only complements this further.
