First time I dealt with Nyree , I was looking at a unit and saw her name on the for sale sign - I rang her expecting the usual "home open on Saturday -have a look then and if you like it , ring me and I will sign you up" attitude I had received from other agents in Cleveland . We had a problem with conflicting settlement dates for both the property we were selling in NSW and the one we were purchasing in Qld. The original agent we dealt with was Jade Hale, however, when I tried to contact Jade, I was put in touch with Ian. Nyree has made what was a very stresful time go very smoothly and effortless. From the minute she walked into our house, I knew I wanted her as our agent as she knew the area and how to make the most of our property to buyers. She was also very comfortable and easy to talk too. We were under a deadline to sell our house in 12 weeks but after only 4 open homes we signed a contract and got little bit extra which was the cherry on the cake. On open home days I would just leave the house ready for Nyree and she would always blow out candles, close windows and lock up so I didn't need to worry about rushing back home. I believe Nyree put us, the client, first when she made the sale as after the initial offer she tried her best to get us that bit more and that has been amazing for us. I would recommend Nyree to anyone selling a house and wanting an agent who cares!
