I came to Nyree having previous bad experiences with real estate sales people. She looked around the house then told me what she felt it to be worth, and a fairly explicit thoughts on who would buy the property. Nyree came with much compassion to the situation which lead to the listing of the property and maintained that compassion through to and after settlement. Thank-you Nyree. Throughout the process she was upfront, direct and honest with all communication, this attracted me to list our property with her, as I found her extremely comfortable to deal with, and thus assume that perspective purchasers would find the same. Nyree sold the house to the person she described at our first meeting and achieved the value she had predicted. It is clear that she knows the market, and knows how to work with all parties to achieve a positive outcome, including getting her hands dirty to ensure the building inspection passes. Thank you Nyree. PS, Having bought and sold a number of houses over the last couple of decades, I have never felt compelled to publicly recommend an agent. Jade and his team did a very good job selling my home, although the actual agent who done all of the work and sold the house was Mal Windebank. As a Team they work really well. Jade produced some excellent photos and Mal, worked tirelessly to get potential buyers through the home, and negotiated with potential buyers and ourselves.
