On behalf of my family and myself i would like to say that we have had Nyree as our agent on several occasions over the years and would never deal with anyone else. Nyree is extremely dedicated, hard working, down to earth and honest and i say this of her as a person as well as an agent, she goes out of her way to make sure that i am up to date with every thing that is happening along the way with my selling and with my re purchasing she makes sure i am comfortable with every thing that is happening and takes plenty of time to ensure this is the case which is very inportant to me and to my family. Nyree is the best of the best at her job and at any opportunity i tell any one looking for an agent to get in contact with her, thankyou never seems enough for all her hard work her knowledge her communication and dedication to us as her clients.

It was time for us to put our family home up for sale, we had been thinking & praying on this for some years and even had valuation several times through the years one of those was Nyree. Circumstances in our life had caused us to wait longer then we thought. Being Christians we knew God would reveal to us the right time to sell. A home and area came up that looked like it was the right one for us so we put a contract on it, one of the conditions was the sale of our home. So the decision on what realestate agent was to be made... Both my husband and myself said - remember that young lady that has success in selling in this area, yeah Nyree from LJ Hookers - we both were solid on inviting Nyree to take the job for us... God's Soverienty brought the result & a sale in just over 2 weeks!! Praise God!!! Nyree has a very good understanding of the local area as she grew up in the Redlands, Nyree is pleasant considerate knowledgable and straight to the point and professional and we just liked her enough to trust God with her skills. We expected good service we got good service and we would highly recommend Nyree to anyone looking for the right person to sell in this area.

Karen was exceptional in our transaction. We were in a position where our first offer wasn't accepted and we knew that if we went to the full asking price our worst case sale scenario would put us in more debt than we were willing to incur. Karen negotiated a deal with us that virtually guaranteed us a changeover we could afford through a subsidized commission. It was above and beyond the call of duty but in the end meant that we bought and sold through her in a way that made us confident enough to commit, where otherwise we may not have. I couldn't recommend Karen more highly, she has a lovely open character that puts all parties at ease and her honest and straight forward approach keeps everyone informed and aware of the state of play without the head games that can make such a personal transaction extremely stressful.

Nyree always kept us up to date with how the sale of our house was going. She was organised, proactive and a great communicator. We'd happily buy or sell with Nyree in the future.

Jade worked tirelessly over a 4 month period to sell our home and always worked for the best possible outcome for us. Jade is very personable and also easy to deal with. He did a wonderful job of arranging the photo and video shoot which were of the highest standard we have seen. We would have no hesitation in recommending Jade to any prospective clients.
