Expectation was met and all fantastic up to a signed contract. Then emails sms's & request not acted on in a timely manner. I had to contact the buyer myself to find out what they were asked on my behalf and found not all requests were submitted by the agency to the buyer which delayed the actions that could have been taken. The buyer wanted to assist but with the late notice nothing could be done. This impacted me as the seller financially.

We contacted Nyree about a home she had on the market, after a short discussion we figured out that particular home was not right however based on our quick chat she had the perfect property in mind that was currently off market but her well connected relationships in the Redlands meant she was able to contact the owner and we had a property inspection that day and had signed contracts a few days later.
