We have worked with Nyree to help with the purchase of properties previously however we have never sold, so having Nyree guide us along the way made the whole experience better than we could have imagined. Her communication and professionalism made the sale process so easy and the outcome we received exceeded all expectations!

We have had the pleasure of knowing Nyree since she was a youngster. It wasn't the reason we chose to list our property with her, but it was her clear & concise communication skills, her knowledge of the industry and the area, as well as her history of her capability to deliver a great outcome. She didn't promise anything, but she knew our goal, and she helped us achieve it.

We found Bruce to be extremely helpful and accommodating. Being our first property purchase, we weren't exactly sure what to expect but felt that Bruce was honest and transparent in guiding us through the process.
