Karen and her team have been fantastic in helping to sell my home. They did everything possible to find a sale going above and beyond and sold my house in just over a week. Karen was very through right from the start with comprehension research on my property before I had even decided to use her services. She impressed me right from the start and even offered to send someone round to pick up all the items I was decluttering prior to sale! I would highly recommend you use Karen and her wonderful team.

Karen presented proffesionally and seemed to know the area well, however after that meeting she was never seen again and all the talk was just that, hot air. We got other people doing the open house, even one agents wife they were so uninterested. The offers were 100k less than talked about. I never got feedback on open house days unless l rang and chased. After we reluctantly accepted the offer l have not heard a word about sale from agent, no follow up and nothing at settlement. Karen and team do as little as possible to get commision

We had already been on the market for 2 months before Ming and Debbie took over the selling of our house. Ming promised to sell our house and that she would look after us. And that she did. Ming worked tirelessly to promote our house and to get buyers to come view our property. Ming herself would be out delivering flyers advertising our house. When she spoke of our house, Ming was always positive and constantly highlighted the features. In a tough market, it was the promotion and positive outlook that made the difference. We had a few interested buyers and Ming managed to get a contract that met our hopes. We are so pleased with the outcome. Ming was lovely to work with and I am so glad that we trusted her. Selling a house is never an easy thing to do and it was a tough market. But that did not stop Ming, she believed and she clenched the deal.

We were looking to purchase in the Mt Cotton area for approximatly 1 year and attended open homes nearly every weekend. We came across a couple of properties in the last few months where Corrine was the agent. Corrine was extremely helpful and professional at each of the house listings, and we eventually settled on a property for which Corrine was the agent. Our decision was greatly influenced by her help and professionalism during the enquiry and negotiation process. Right up to and post settlement Corrine offered tremendous support. Ming was very professional in her approach. Ming was always very well presented and extremely accomodating and helpful. There were a number of specific details on the property that Ming was able to resolve with me by setting up a direct line with the owners. Fro a big purchase such as this i think this was very important, as i need to understnad alot more about the property before i committed. The negotiations were relatively straighforward, as Ming encouraged a certain figure with feedback that it would be favourable. I think Ming is very genuine and that is a great attribute when dealing with both sides in trying to get an exchange. Well done Ming.
