I would highly recommend Nyree as a real estate. Being interstate, Nyree arranged for the necessary work to make my property ready for market. Nyree always provides regular updates and communicates very well. I managed to sell my property on the first open weekend due to Nyree's excellent preparation and negotiation skills. Thank you Nyree.

Didn't try and over sell the property, instead gave honest answers and opinions.

We met Karen in April 2017 when she showed us the property in Wellington Point that we eventually bought. We have dealt with many real estate agents in both Queensland and Northern New South Wales and we would rate Karen at the highest level. She is down to earth, an excellent communicator, and based on our experience, she goes the extra mile. By way of example, we left for overseas the day after signing the contract on the house, and she facilitated a very easy process to consummate the sale, when it could have been tricky given we were not in Australia. She responded to any of our queries immediately, including when she was ill. She has gone to great lengths to effect remediation of an issue highlighted in the building and pest report and has assisted in other ways as well. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Karen to any prospective vendor/buyer.

Thank you Karen for your excellent expertise in real estate in the Redlands area. We required a quick sale and that's what you delivered at the price we were asking. I would recommend Karen to anyone selling property in the Redlands Shire.

Karen communicated clearly and negotiated promptly. A sale was finalised the same day and documents signed after hours.

Nyree has all the qualities we look for in an agent. She's very direct, straightforward; no nonsense or bluff. You don't often find that in a Real Estate agent so for us it was a breath of fresh air. We found Nyree to be very friendly and highly efficient. She and her assistant, Olivia were very helpful and highly professional in all our dealings with them.

I felt like we could trust her from the first meeting. Great communicator to all ages.
