He is also well connected with trades and interior stylists who did a great job in preparing my house, you can see by looking at the photos. I trusted Ludwig on what he felt I needed to do to the home and the result was fantastic, I received offers over the estimates provided by other agents, as well as Ludwig. I highly recommend Ludwig and his team, they did a fantastic job and I would definitely buy or sell through him again.
