Karen is an honest, experienced, efficient and knowledgeable agent. Our block of 4 flats not strata titled created some difficulties especially with 2 flats containing elderly long term tenants - one couple having lived there for over 50 years. Karen treated them with respect and courtesy and kept them informed as well. As she presented us with several contracts she explained the pros and cons of each one as well as listening and taking into account our views on the sale.
