We recently met with John Vickers to discuss both renting our house out and selling. John was extremely knowledgeable about the intricacies of the market, and provided great advice and options for both possible scenarios. After a few month of thought we went with the sell option, but we had a problem, due to our very busy lifestyle and work commitments we had a very small window to sell the house. Being a true professional In the real estate game John assured us this would not be a problem and didn't waste a minute in making preparations. The paperwork was drawn up, photographer booked and the house on the market withing 5 days of our decision and the house sold 3 days later.........WOW. Not only this but he also negotiated a price with the buyer that was higher than our asking price! Everything continued to be smooth sailing until we handed over the keys, I really could not recommend him higher!
