Purchase from John
We purchased a Townhouse and John was the agent. I found him to be knowledgeable about the property and his direct no nonsense approach made it easy to know where we stood throughout the process. He was professional, prompt and helpful about the property and area. Once the deal had been struck his service in assisting get to settlement was second to none, he was always available to help with inspections and get information to solicitors. He did a great job.

Howard performed exceptionally
My wife and I sold through Howard at a tricky time in the market and he did an excellent job by us. Our property sold quicker than we anticipated and at a price point we were very happy with. He was lovely to deal with and always more than happy to talk with us (even when he was out of area or on weekends/public holidays!). He presented positively, as opposed to the usual sharks you meet in real estate, and was polite and friendly both to us and to potential buyers, putting everyone at ease. No issue was ever a big problem for Howard. He was calm and provided a voice of reason even when we were stressed. Most of all, he got us the price we wanted for our home, and took care of the place while we were out of area. We cannot recommend him enough!

Honest Credible and Communicative
John handled a deceased estate property sale for me following my appointment as executor of the estate. he constructed a sound and comprehensive marketing campaign, directly handled open homes and communicated actively with me at all times including whilst I was overseas for periods. He always behaved ethically and honestly with strong integrity. We completed the transaction and settled the estate obtaining fair market value for the property. John was a pleasure to deal with and I recommend him to others seeking honest marketing of their property assets.
