From the moment we met Paul he promised to sell my Father’s house and would achieve the highest price possible and he did just that, exceeding the street record by $50000! Paul kept us informed every step of the way and advised us of the best way to market the property and also advised what he thought it was valued at. At all times he was aware of our need to make the best price possible to ensure our stepmother’s transition into a “good” Nursing home and to have money left to invest so she would have a small income for her incidentals along the way. Paul was the consummate professional every step of the process and we thank him for his efforts to close our sale.
