We chose Paul to sell our Mum's property originally based on his past sale records but more importantly Mum liked him straight away. Paul did not disappoint. Even before we decided to put the property on the market Paul kept us in the loop of current sale prices and how the market was performing. We discussed possibilities of putting it on the market straight away as circumstances changed and we needed it to sell. Lucky for us because Paul was abreast of prospective buyers Mums house sold within the week. The process of selling can be quite daunting and we were so grateful that he helped us through this challenging time, always there if we had any questions and more often than not knowing the answer to our questions.
