Chris who was the leasing consultant was great, recommend only the very best tenants. As the market was strong and many tenants applied for the property which Chris recommend was not suitable tenants, Chris did many open homes, more like 5 open homes to find the right tenant. Yvonne was is the property manage is very attentive to detail, gave me a report of the painting of the property and recommend the painter come back and do touch ups. Yvonne is also very responsive to emails which when I have a query.

I have never actually seen my unit that LJ Hooker Coomera | Ormeau look after. Through my job, I have been in Brisbane, Solomon Islands, Darwin NT, and now in Sydney. As an owner, I do need as much feedback as possible to feel comfortable that my place is being looked after. This has always been good, however lately "Yvonne Wood" has gone over and above with what was needed for my place to be entirely refurbished. I could not have organized this on my own and with life in the fast lane here in Sydney, LJ Hooker Coomera | Ormeau and in particular Yvonne, has helped me enormously. To the point that in a two week period my place was totally repainted, recarpeted, the Garage re-concreted and painted, blinds fully replaced, without a hiccup. As an Ex-Serviceman, this was run with perfect military operational standards (not seen much as a civilian). All tradesmen were on time, all works completed to expected standards. With that, I would highly recommend LJ Hooker Coomera | Ormeau team.
