Poor agent
Hi regarding my experience with LJHOOKER now first let me say Tina Dobson is very good at here jod an is true to here word an return phone calls but the first time I inspected 2/8 Bella BLVD Pimpama I met a male there didn't get he's name bout said to him about the condition of the place he told me that it was going to be painted new carpets an blinds an dishwasher now when I went to sign up Katie said that she was the new property manager I told her about the condition of the place an what was going on be done an she ashored me it will be done then 2days later I walked in to the hospital with an ear infection an found out it was cancer admitted within 2 days an spent 2 weeks in hospital my sister an family moved me in while I was in hospital nothing was done to the property Katie did not return phone calls an I was treated very bad the place was a mess my family cleaned it up very very poor treatment by all 3 property managers while I was there they did not return calls made appointments for inspections an I took time off work to be there an they did not turn up there is a lot more I could say but it is pointless now regarding Tina Doson hang on to her she is the first property manager to treat me with respect Thanks Mark Harris

Great agency to deal with

Professional Property Management - Highly Recommended
2020 has not been a great year due to Covid, but it's certainly been the best year for us thus far with our rental property, of 9 years. Ian from LJ Hooker Coomera found new tenants for us at the begining of 2020, after dealing with some difficult tenants, and we are now extremely happy with the new family. They are treating the property as their own home and looking after things very well, with maintenance issues reported to our property manager, who addresses each with a practical mindset, always searching for economical repairs or replacement solutions, and at the same time, using quality trades people. Living in another state, good communication with our property manager is of most importance, and we are happy to say, Ian has done a magnificent job of this throughout the year. We are extremely happy, and highly recommend LJ Hooker Coomera property management, thank you!

Smooth experience for first time renter
Real estate agent Chris and Property Manager Ian have both been very helpful in assisting us secure our first home rental. I have sent a number of applications and a lot of them have taken days to respond but Chris and Ian were responsive and got back to me within a day. They also gladly answered all our questions. Proactive property management!
Ian Wharton is the most proactive property manager we've experienced. He's quick to communicate on any matter, offers useful advice to us as owners, and supports both us and tenants to get the best from our rental properties. Recommend him highly!

Quick & No Mucking Around!
As an ex property manager I am extremely pleased with how everything has been handled. No fuss, No dragging their feet. After a few lengthy muck arounds with other agents I am very happy that everything is done immediately and with no nonsense! Very pleased and I highly recommend.
