We were handed over to LJ Hooker due to our original managing agent dropping the landlord. On first thoughts we were extremely nervous being handed over to LJ Hooker because of a few bad experiences of people we know, and that we were still in dispute with the landlord over a managing agent change. We should not have worried. Hannah helped us settle the dispute very quickly, and from day one, has done everything possible to support us and help with any issues we had. She always picked up the phone instead of emailing when she could and we could not want anything more from her. Thank you Hannah!

I have needed a property manager since I first went into investment properties in 2004. I live overseas now, so it's important to me to have an excellent relationship with whoever is looking after my property. It's fair to say that mostly I haven't been impressed with some of the people I have paid to do the job. In fact, a couple of them have been abysmal. The property manager that I am with now for one of my properties, (Veronica at LJ Hooker, Coomera, has been nothing short of excellent. Good and prompt communication with both me and the tenant. A plumbing emergency a couple of weeks ago was dealt with so quickly. I am so happy to have LJ Hooker as property manager. Highly recommended..
