Stephen and the team at LJ Hooker were great. We were dealing with an older, un-renovated house in a great location and they just got it and got us. The process was somewhat elongated by the involvement of the Public Trustee and Guardian and they were patient with the process and consistently professional. The sales campaign was handled very smoothly and at all times we felt informed about how the open for inspections and other aspects of the sale were progressing. The informative mid-campaign meeting and pre-auction strategy meeting were exceptionally helpful in preparing us for the auction.
