My mum and I were with another real estate company and our house was listed with them for 8 months without any luck. The service we received from them was horrendous, we were passed around to 3 different agents. One time they didn’t even show up to an open inspection, my poor mum who hardly speaks English had to show 11 groups of people through the house. Those agents even argued with her because she wanted to update the description of the house. Communication with Nic has been generally up front and honest although timing has not been ideal. Nic's professionalism came to the fore at the time of the final negotiations with the highest bidders and achieved the desired results.
