A breath of fresh air
Nic was a breath of fresh air as a real estate agent. He had great ideas on how to market my property and was excellent at communicating with me about matters I needed to be kept up to date with. He always acted very professionally.

Nic is fantastic
Our house was unique and Nic worked very hard to attract buyers from a narrow market segment. We had 4 active bidders at auction and Nic engaged effectively with the bidders to get us a great price. Nic works harder for the seller than other agents in the area. My one suggestion would be for a little more communication early on about the marketing plan.

Exceptional.
Placing trust in an agent to to sell a property is a leap of faith, especially when one is interstate. Nic proved himself to be highly competent, ethical and helpful throughout the entire sale process. The results far exceeded expectations in the prevailing market. I consider Nic to be a great choice.

Enthusiastic and a breeze to work with!
When it came time to place our beautiful family home of 15 years on the market, how do you choose an Agent you can trust? We felt completely overwhelmed by this thought but from the minute we first met Nic our family warmed to his genuine and down to earth nature. He was so attentive to our thoughts and wishes of how we wanted to conduct our sale campaign and he gave us constructive and useful ideas that were extremely helpful. This enabled us to make well thought out & informed decisions. He guided the sale campaign with so much enthusiasm and always reported feed back regularly. Our property was geographically out of Nic's way from most of the homes he had listed but it made no difference to him. He was always there when he needed to be, nothing was ever a bother to him. The more we got to know Nic, the more comfortable we felt about trusting he would get the best result possible for us. Following a fantastic advertising campaign our home sold at auction and we are so happy with the result! The whole experience was much less stressful that we had anticipated it was going to be, all thanks to Nic.

Fantastic service and a great result achieved
We found Nic to be an excellent agent for the sale of our house in O'Connor. Right from the start Nic was very pro-active in maintaining contact, keeping us up-to-date with current market trends, and providing us with valuable information in relation to planning for the sale of our house. When the time came to put the house on the market, we were aiming for an ambitious and short campaign to sell just before Xmas, and living interstate at the time, Nic was absolutely invaluable in helping us get there, from organising gardeners and other tradespeople to put the finishing touches to the house, through to pulling strings with photographers and the online and paper advertising outlets. Nic put in a huge effort throughout the campaign to show the house to as many people as possible (including many after hours showings to single/small groups of potential buyers) which helped to achieve a very high number of visits, and consequently, a very high number of requests for the contract/inspection report. When the day of the auction arrived, Nic had everything perfectly arranged, and we achieved 10 registered bidders. Although the auction itself didn't go to plan, Nic was very pro-active in getting the house relisted and shown to additional people, which resulted in a sale less than one week later, and for the price that we had hoped for right from the start! Overall, a great effort and a great result achieved by Nic. We would highly recommend him to anyone.

Persistent and patient
My property was on the market for well over a year. Nic took it over from another agent and was driven and persistent, in the face of some issues with the building and body corporate. After one purchaser who pulled out, Nic patiently continued to put effort into the marketing of the property, which paid off in the end.

Outstanding service from an exceptional agent
We have engaged with a number of agents over the years, some dubious and some OK, but without doubt Andrew is the best. His service goes well beyond what you would expect and has continued well beyond our purchase. Would we recommend Andrew? Yes, highly. And would we use Andrew in the future? Yes, because he is honest, reliable, and has integrity. We can't speak highly enough of him. Thank you, Andrew, for making a potentially fraught process reasonably smooth!
