Andrew is the best
As an investor, I’m writing this review of Andrew as feedback and not to be taken lightly. Compared with other agents in Canberra, No one compares. Andrew was always available to reply to me, was fast at it and assisted with inspections and maintenance requests. He is extremely professional and customer focused. I can not recommend him highly enough as a seller or buyer. Plus rental. If you are looking for someone, not just to ‘reply’ to your enquiry but to be there for you than you have the right agent. Don’t go past him.

Sale of Franklin Apartment
We appreciated the way Andrew kept us informed of market conditions over the past 3 or 4 years and during the sale process and also for his negotiation skills and follow up. He has a good understanding of the market, Andrew was able to advise us on best method of sale and advise on the quality of the offer made. We would use Andrew again should we be selling other property.

He took the time to explain all details, and made my mother - Claire Hinton the primary vendor who is 90 y.o. and I very comfortable with the sales process. Andrew also took extra time with Mum as she has a serious hearing problem. I would highly recommend Andrew to anyone, he is a genuine asset to LJ Hooker.

Nic conducted marketing and inspections for the sale of this house.
This was a deceased estate. Nic prepared the marketing of the house. He was able to line up a series of inspections and the house was sold in a relatively short time frame. The house is situated in a retirement village and over the past twelve months Nic has managed to transform the marketing of the village from a situation where there were more than ten unsold houses to a situation where there is a waiting list of buyers. I can wholeheartedly recommend Nic Salter Harding to any seller or buyer who is interested in buying or selling a house in the Canberra area. His role at this retirement village has been truly transformative.

A fantastic experience buying and selling with Nic
We bought our place from Nic a few years ago. As first home buyers in our 20s, we had felt overlooked and ignored by so many other real estate agents at open for inspections, as they focused mainly on talking to middle aged investors. Nic treated us as serious buyers from the start and was fantastic to engage with as a buyer. When it came time to selling our place, Nic was the first person we thought of. We got some quotes from other real estate agents too, but Nic was by far the most responsive, which gave us confidence that he would follow up with every single person who went through our house. Nic assisted us with preparing the property for sale, including organising cleaning, etc. while we were interstate. It was a very easy process, and he kept us informed of how everything was progressing. Our place sold and exchanged within half a week, at a record price for 2 bedroom apartments in the building. We couldn’t be happier with the process, and would definitely recommend Nic to all of our friends.

An excellent experience
