Great work in difficult times
We put our property on the market 2 weeks before the covid lock down. So this resulted in our auction being canceled, but Amelle, put the effort in to manage to get us a good price.

A great process and an excellent result!
I highly recommend Mel as an agent! Following our Mum's passing, my sister and I approached Mel to help sell her property. Mel helped us through the whole process, making a very emotional situation very easy. She is easy to communicate with, keeps you informed every step and does what she says she is going to do- we were never left waiting or wondering. Mel went above and beyond, organising meetings with neighbours at our request and meeting after hours for our convenience. At auction, she supported us through the day and we got a result that was excellent. Our first home
Amelle lead an inspection of a property that we were considering purchasing. However, upon inspecting this property, it was quite clear that it was not the property for us. Amelle suggested another property for us to inspect and it was the house that we ended up purchasing! We've been trying to get into the market for over 2 years but could not find the property that was for us. The property Amelle showed us was perfect for what we wanted and fit into our future plans quite nicely. In addition to this, she was always readily available to answer questions we had regarding purchasing a property (as we are first home buyers!) and also little questions that we thought were silly. She made it easy for us and we were quite comfortable with dealing with her as she was able to break down property lingo and also gave us her honest opinion.

Highly Professional ans sensitive to the clients needs
Amelle was efficient and professional in the sale of our property at Chadwick Crescent Fairfield, she was respectful and considerate at a time when her job was very challenging and,we as clients were feeling very nervous about selling the residence that we have live in for many decades. Amelle was considerate when showing the property and guided us through the process of the on-line auction that brought us a better than expected outcome. Very efficient, good communication and great and timely result
I found the whole process to be very smoothly handled. The property was sold well within the time frame I was expecting and above the price I was prepared to accept. Communication between Amelle and my Solicitor was also very good and any issues arising were dealt with promptly and efficiently
