From my first contact with Amelle, I felt comfortable and relaxed. She treated me with respect and understood my situation. There was no pressure put on me, just the occasional phone call to keep in touch. I was kept up to date weekly with listed properties and I could compare the property to mine and also the price range. I placed the property on the market on the Wednesday afternoon, and first Open Day was the following Saturday. I met with Amelle to set a reserve price, and guided by the suggested value at open days, I was not hopeful of achieving the result I needed. On Auction Day, Amelle was speaking to various attendees in the group she had obviously been dealing with, and thanked them for coming and wished them well. I met the other members of the LJH Team on the day and was assured they were working for me, and would achieve the best price they could. I was amazed at the number of attendees, and received the price I wanted. Amelle is very professional, knows the area very well, and has an excellent knowledge of local property values. Most importantly, she is understanding and compassionate, and obviously loves what she does. I would highly recommend her, and wish her continued success in her endeavors.
