David Hochkins was totally professional and genuinely friendly. He was interested in what we were looking for in a property and listened to us. He delivered a great property that fitted our requirements and our budget. He went out of his way to help us, even meeting us at the property on his day off when we were limited on time to view it as we live more than four hours away from Forster. He stayed in touch with us throughout the purchase process, answering questions and even measuring up a few spaces for us so we could plan ahead. David is a trustworthy Real Estate Agent. David sold my home within 24 hours of my house becoming vacant!! I had liaised with David over the phone very briefly, and it was due to his ability to be candid, trustworthy and helpful that I decided to try selling my home again. (My experience with another Agent last year was not positive or transparent and left me feeling misled and disappointed). However, due to David being realistic from our first conversation, I felt confident he could deliver.
