David was one of four agents I initially contacted regards our property sale. David was overlooked initially, yet he continued to exhibit interest in our (lack of) sale, without being an over persistent pest. David simply contacted us periodically to assure us he was there to help us at any time. Initially, too, I imagine David's price guesstimate was closer to the money than the first agent we engaged. Once we offered David the opportunity to sell our property, he was in regular contact with each of us, and reported any hiccups promptly (eg, garage door unable to be opened at one stage).
